Brain surgeon thoughts

Being undecisive about the split-personality disorder part of my character I have looked into certain characters for influence in the design of a more horrific surgeon for my story.

A nice Disney Mickey Mouse short titled - 'The Mad Doctor'

I liked the sort of goofy looking hunchback look of this character. He also reminds me of the old wives tale - 'Never trust a man whose eyebrows meet in the middle' which make him look like an unfriendly character.
This is Heinz Doofenschirtz from a cartoon called Phineas and Ferb. A link seems to be appearing with dodgy eyebrows in expressing the nature of mad scientists or doctors and also taking note of the hunchback as well. Doofenschmirtz shares a resemblence to a typical cartoon which depiction by a very pointy nose and elongated fingers.
Dr. Neo Cortex from the Crash Bandicoot series looks much like an extremely exagerrated Mad Doctor from the Mickey Mouse cartoon. Both very similar faces, again the recurring eyebrow meet and like the other two a signature lab coat to give the audience an understanding of the character.

From this short research it seems that in taking a horror route and choosing a darker character hunchbacks, meeting eyebrows and lab coats are a must in being a key signifier of my brain surgeon being bad to my audience.
